OVERLINE is satire. There is no gondola proposal for the Atlanta Beltline corridor. The Atlanta Aerial Mobility Coalition does not exist, and neither did the Georgia Ropeway Association. Every person, organization, document, date, and figure presented elsewhere on this site is invented.

Beyond that, we would rather not explain it.

What is real

Where this site quotes public figures, those quotes are real and on the record, and are cited as such. Where it cites existing aerial transit systems in other cities, those systems are real. Everything attributed to the Coalition, to its staff, or to the 1927 survey is fiction.

What this site is not affiliated with

This site has no connection to the City of Atlanta, MARTA, Atlanta Beltline, Inc., or any advocacy organization on any side of the Beltline transit question. It does not reproduce their names as branding, their marks, or the form of any official public notice.

What this site collects

Next to nothing. There is no backend and no tracking — just anonymous page counts. The "Letter of Support" form on the homepage never transmits anything. The name and email you type are discarded the moment the page closes, and the signature count is a number stored in your own browser. Nothing is for sale, and there is no way to donate, because there is nothing to donate to.
