Will the towers be visible from my property?

In some locations along the Beltline, yes. The Coalition has not represented otherwise.

Tower height varies with terrain and span length. In the flatter segments the structures sit below the mature tree canopy for much of their height; in the cut-and-fill segments they are more prominent. Visual simulations from twelve representative vantage points were prepared for the 2024 open houses. Vantage point 7 is above; the other eleven are available on request.

Residents with a specific question about a specific parcel are encouraged to write to the Coalition. We would rather answer it directly than have you rely on a rendering.
